Amy Valentine has been called a social rabble rouser, a turnaround strategist and a fighter of the status quo in K-12 education. She has served as a teacher, school leader and executive director. She knows that access to the highest quality, personalized education delivered in ways most beneficial to kids can reshape our schools, our families, our communities and our society. Amy has dedicated herself to raising the discourse about K-12 education through her leadership of Future of School, the first-ever public charity solely committed to bringing all kids’ learning opportunities into the 21st century. She holds a B.A. in communication and M.A. in Spanish from Ohio University, and completed her doctoral studies in instructional technology and adult learning theory at the University of Wyoming. Currently, Amy is completing the Public Policy Leadership Program through the Patton College of Education at OU.
