With the first cohort underway, applications have now opened for our second EdTech accelerator program, due to begin remotely at the end of April, 2021.

Following our success as Asia’s Number One Fintech Accelerator, we transitioned into EdTech in early 2020, with the coronavirus pandemic reaffirming the need for EdTech solutions. Since then, we have positioned ourselves as the leading cross-border EdTech accelerator and have made significant traction. Our EdTech Book and online EdTech Course are currently being edited and published. To further develop the ecosystem, we have partnered with Investors, leading Educational Institutions and corporations such as Amazon Web Services, Esade, and ESMT Berlin to mention a few.

Our current cohort, selected from 208 applicants from 46 countries, is made up of six exceptional startups from the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Turkey. The remote aspect of our program has allowed us to work with startups that we truly believe in, regardless of geographical location. The six companies also span different verticals of EdTech, from K-12 and Higher Education, to VR and AI in the medical space.

In the first four weeks of the program, we have introduced our startups to over a hundred investors and commercial partners. Our team of 36 mentors provide guidance to the startups and we have exposed them to over 1150 people in the education industry through our launch event.

Building on our current progress, we are aiming to accept between 10-15 Seed to Series A companies for our next cohort. In the twelve-week program, we will be helping our startups with Business Development, Fundraising, and International Expansion. The bespoke nature of our accelerator ensures that we are able to help our startups in the areas they need it most, from branding and marketing to securing funds.

Applications close on March 7th and shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to complete if you already have a deck. Startups can expect to hear back by mid-March regarding interviews, with the view of finalising the cohort by the end of March.
